Week 7, Day by Day Plan

Monday: 9.5 miles, 100 pushups, 10 minutes of abs
Tuesday: 12 miles, 100 pushups, 10 minutes of abs, 5 minutes of planks
Wednesday: 10 miles, 100 pushups, 10 minutes of abs
Thursday: 9 miles, 100 pushups, 10 minutes of abs, 5 minutes of planks
Friday: 9.5 miles, 100 pushups, 10 minutes of abs,
Saturday: 9.5 miles, 100 pushups, 10 minutes of abs, 5 minutes of planks
Sunday: Day Off
