
I also need to make sure I do all of the pushups and situps I need to do this week. I have really been slacking with that aspect of my training.
Monday: 10.5, 100 pushups, 10 minutes of abs, 5 minute planks
Tuesday: 12, 100 pushups, 10 minutes of abs
Wednesday: 11, 100 pushups, 10 minutes of abs, 5 minute planks
Thursday: 14, 100 pushups, 10 minutes of abs
Friday: 10, 100 pushups, 10 minutes of abs, 5 minute planks
Saturday: 7.5, 100 pushups, 10 minutes of abs
Sunday: Day off
